Thank you to the Chamberlain Coffee support team. Had an issue after my order was placed and they quickly helped out! Super easy and nice to deal with.
Happy to see that Emma cares about her brand by really looking after her customers and fans!
First of all, the coffee is delicious, very fresh and a strong coffee flavour - and the steeped bags can be used for hot coffee and cold brew.
Second of all, the delivery is super quick. I have ordered from the EU website three times, and all orders arrived within two days.
Lastly, I had a small problem with an order, and the customer service was so helpful - they were understanding and quick to reply. The small problem I experienced was that the best before date on the coffee was only one month after the date I ordered it, but they very kindly offered to send me a new order free of charge. I even received a few promo codes along with the reshipment of the coffee. Amazing service, I Will definitely order from them again

My 14 year old daughter ordered coffee with the offer of a free mug, but she apparently didn't tick the box to add the mug to her order. I saw the order, the box was checked. I'd suggest taking a screen grab of your order screen as evidence.
Anyway, after writing to customer service, my daughter received a package with the mug - after only two days from my initial email. Huge thanks to Elena for arranging this. AMAZING Customer Service.

terrible service . i ordered a mug in november and heard nothing for a month. then they said they would make sure they dispatch my order and send me some free coffee. a month later : NOTHING. i live in the uk btw. so they refunded me but their service is awful. i still love emma tho
So I ordered a bag of the social dog blend from her website, which I was looking forward to and I brought it and had my email to say I had placed an order which was perfect, and about a week went by I didn’t have any updates to say that it had been shipped or anything, so I emailed them to say that I’ve not had any updates could you help me out, they got back to me within an hour to say that’s it’s been shipped, and when I went on the website it had said I had put money towards a subscription which I did not so I emailed them to say that they put my order down for a subscription and they said no worries we will cancel the order but they didn’t give me my refund...!

All the girls on the team helped me out so fast when my mug shipped broken. They made it easy & fast! I was shocked because usually everything is difficult but they really worked amazing! I'm soo thankful for them! Love Emma & the team!!

One morning while making my coffee, the bottom of my Mason Jar Mug shattered. I was crushed, it was my favourite mug and super practical. I wrote in hopes it could be replaced. My email fell onto Alicia, what a ROCKSTAR! A few emails later, she got a replacement mug sent out and I’ll be enjoying my coffee on the go once again! I will absolutely be recommending Chamberlain Coffee.

The coffee is absolutely delicious! I am a very happy customer with a recurring subscription (social dog whole bean is my favorite blend, I have it every single morning in my espresso machine).
Any time I’ve had an issue with an order, the customer service has been so quick, friendly and helpful (thank you Alicia!).
I recommend chamberlain coffee highly for their high quality coffee, and for their unmatched customer service.
These guys are the best. Alicia arranged replacement for broken item. No quibbles and had the replacement within days - excellent customer service. We will definitely be re-ordering.
